PRICING
We are offering an early bird discounted rate of $1,050 for registations completed by January 16, 2025. Registration may be completed after that date and until February 28, 2025 at the full rate of $1,350. Registration will be closed after February 28.
ACCOMMODATIONS

PAYMENT
Early bird registrations completed by January 16, 2025 require a 50% deposit, with the balance due by February 28. Registrations completed on or after January 17 require a 50% deposit, with the balance due by March 5.
Payment may be made by credit card, money order or check. Once we have received your completed registration form below, we will contact you over the phone to arrange payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If for any reason you cancel your registration before the final payment is made, you will be assessed an administrative fee of $135 per person, and a refund of the balance paid will be issued. After final payment date, full 100% penalties apply and no refund will be paid on your registration. We will consider all cancellation requests received from registrants individually and we reserve the right to lower fees and or percentage amounts depending on the situation.
Should we need to cancel the Retreat for extenuating circumstances, we will issue a 100% refund of retreat fees and room fees (if renting within the 5-bedroom penthouse, only) within 14 days of the retreat’s cancellation. We will not be responsible for any fees outside of what is listed here and take no responsibility for airline fees, any other travels expenses, etc.
We will not be responsible for any costs associated with a cancelled flight, car troubles, etc.
Please consider trip insurance so your investment is covered – we all know life can change in a moment. Secure coverage for trip cancellation, emergency medical, baggage claims, accidental medical needs, etc. though a reputable insurance carrier.
RETREAT ACTIVITES and CONDITIONS
The above information is intended as a summary of the policies contained in our Retreat Activites and Conditions document (“RA&C”): all policies are governed ulimately by the RA&C. We will ask each registrant to sign a copy of the RA&C once a deposit or full payment has been received. If you would like to review the RA&C in advance of making payment, please check the box at the bottom of the form below and we will send you a copy by email.
